Pink October and the Gentlemen’s Challenge
In 2025, Manufactors Invest fully mobilised around major health causes, involving its French teams first and foremost…
- Support for Pink October, rolled out across all our entities in France, raised widespread awareness of breast cancer prevention.
- In November, the Gentlemen’s Challenge (KIPLIN) brought our MOLINEL and ROBUR teams together around a common goal: to promote prevention and men’s health in a spirit that was both committed and friendly.
Because solidarity can also go hand in hand with collective energy and light-heartedness, these shared moments strengthen bonds in a lasting way.
Supporting educational projects and professional integration
See better, go further, support the talents of tomorrow
Among the initiatives that are particularly close to our hearts is our support for the “Mieux voir à Tata” (See better in Tata) project, led by the Lycée Sacré Cœur de Paray-Le-Monial. This educational and solidarity-based project perfectly embodies the values of transmission and openness that we wish to encourage.
At the same time, we have continued our commitment to working with local partners:
- donation campaigns organised with the GEIM Group and the Food Bank,
- sponsorship of Sport dans la Ville, to support young graduates as they take their first steps into the job market.
All these initiatives reflect our desire to take concrete action to promote equal opportunities.
A forward-looking CSR vision: thinking sustainably, acting differently
Beyond the actions carried out in 2025, our CSR approach is part of a long-term vision. It is in this spirit that we have chosen to partner with WINDCOOP and support their project to transport containers by sail.
This collective adventure embodies our ambition: to imagine more environmentally friendly logistics solutions, even when they challenge established models. Because the ecological transition also requires boldness!
2026: continuing, expanding and progressing together
We are aware that these actions, however numerous, are only one step. CSR is a path of continuous improvement, made up of learning, adjustments and collaboration.
In 2026, we want to:
- strengthen our existing actions,
- initiate new ones,
- and continue to move forward alongside our employees, partners, customers, service providers and suppliers.
