Concrete actions, carried out by our teams and partners, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manufactorsinvest.com\/en\/our-pillars\/\">reflect a CSR vision focused on the future and collective action.<\/a> <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pink October and the Gentlemen&#8217;s Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2025, Manufactors Invest fully mobilised around major health causes, involving its French teams first and foremost&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support for <a href=\"https:\/\/octobrerose.fondation-arc.org\/\">Pink October, <\/a>rolled out across all our entities in France, raised widespread awareness of breast cancer prevention.<\/li>\n<li>In November, the <a href=\"https:\/\/liguecancer31.fr\/agenda\/le-challenge-des-gentlemen\/\">Gentlemen&#8217;s Challenge<\/a> (KIPLIN) brought our MOLINEL and ROBUR teams together around a common goal: to promote prevention and men&#8217;s health in a spirit that was both committed and friendly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Because solidarity can also go hand in hand with collective energy and light-heartedness, these shared moments strengthen bonds in a lasting way.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supporting educational projects and professional integration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>See better, go further, support the talents of tomorrow<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Among the initiatives that are particularly close to our hearts is our support for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lejsl.com\/education\/2025\/06\/30\/ils-remettent-en-etat-des-lunettes-et-construisent-des-ponts-humains\">&#8220;Mieux voir \u00e0 Tata&#8221;<\/a> (See better in Tata) project, led by the <strong>Lyc\u00e9e Sacr\u00e9 C\u0153ur de Paray-Le-Monial.<\/strong> This educational and solidarity-based project perfectly embodies the values of transmission and openness that we wish to encourage. <\/p>\n<p>At the same time, we have continued our commitment to working with local partners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>donation campaigns organised with the <a href=\"https:\/\/groupe-geim.fr\/\">GEIM Group <\/a>and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.banquealimentaire.org\/\">Food Bank,<\/a><\/li>\n<li>sponsorship of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportdanslaville.com\/\">Sport dans la Ville,<\/a> to support young graduates as they take their first steps into the job market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All these initiatives reflect our desire to take concrete action to promote equal opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A forward-looking CSR vision: thinking sustainably, acting differently<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beyond the actions carried out in 2025, our CSR approach is part of a long-term vision. It is in this spirit that we have chosen to partner with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wind.coop\/\">WINDCOOP<\/a> and support their project to transport containers by sail. <\/p>\n<p>This collective adventure embodies our ambition: to imagine more environmentally friendly logistics solutions, even when they challenge established models. Because the ecological transition also requires boldness! <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2026: continuing, expanding and progressing together<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are aware that these actions, however numerous, are only one step.
