This year again, several impactful initiatives highlight our ambition to create positive, lasting, and measurable change\u2014closely aligned with local realities, and always connected to our clients and partners.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Supporting Work-Life Balance: The SMARTLINE Nursery<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Because peace of mind is essential to performing well at work, we are supporting the creation of a nursery within our SMARTLINE workshop.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This project provides a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for employees\u2019 young children. It directly improves parents\u2019 working conditions while strengthening our local social commitment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To bring this initiative to life, our teams MOLINEL<\/a> and ROBUR<\/a> mobilized through a solidarity drive<\/strong>, collecting childcare equipment and children\u2019s clothing. This collective momentum will continue into 2026, with the ambition to grow this initiative even further.<\/p>\n

Caring Every Day: An On-Site Medical Facility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The health and well-being of our teams are at the core of our social responsibility. That is why we are actively supporting the creation of an on-site medical facility within the SMARTLINE workshop.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This dedicated space ensures fast, confidential, and appropriate care for everyday medical needs, in a safe and reassuring environment.<\/p>\n

Once again, collective engagement makes the difference: our employees MOLINEL and ROBUR contribute by donating essential medical supplies<\/strong> (first aid kits, thermometers, blood pressure monitors), directly improving on-site working conditions.<\/p>\n

Beyond the equipment, this initiative reflects a broader commitment\u2014to place health, safety, and dignity at the heart of our value chain.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Training and Inclusion: A Meaningful Partnership<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We strongly believe that businesses can be powerful drivers of inclusion. Our partnership with the association Aux Amis de Madagascar<\/strong><\/a> is a clear example of this commitment.<\/p>\n

This organization supports young women in highly vulnerable situations,<\/strong> helping them gain essential life and professional skills to build an independent future.<\/p>\n

In concrete terms, we regularly welcome these young women into our SMARTLINE workshop through training pathways and employment opportunities.<\/strong>
\nThese life journeys, which we are proud to support, fully embody our vision of CSR\u2014practical, human, and future-oriented.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Restoring Confidence: A Solidarity Wardrobe with ATIA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Access to employment often starts with a simple yet crucial factor: confidence.<\/p>\n

In partnership with the NGO ATIA<\/strong><\/a>, we have contributed to the creation of a \u201cjob interview wardrobe\u201d for young women in professional integration<\/strong> programs. Using professional garments from our existing stock, we assembled a collection that helps them attend interviews with confidence and dignity.<\/p>\n

But our commitment goes further. We are also developing internship opportunities within SMARTLINE, with a clear objective: turning these first experiences into sustainable employment opportunities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because beyond clothing, what we truly aim to provide is access to opportunity.<\/p>\n

In Madagascar, our CSR commitment takes on a tangible, human, and collective dimension. Nursery, healthcare, professional integration, and partnerships with local organizations\u2014each initiative contributes to building a fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable environment.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
