Through our SMARTLINE production site in Madagascar, we are deploying a living, committed, and deeply human CSR approach. This year again, several impactful initiatives highlight our ambition to create positive, lasting, and measurable change—closely aligned with local realities, and always connected to our clients and partners.

Supporting Work-Life Balance: The SMARTLINE Nursery

Because peace of mind is essential to performing well at work, we are supporting the creation of a nursery within our SMARTLINE workshop.

This project provides a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for employees’ young children. It directly improves parents’ working conditions while strengthening our local social commitment.

To bring this initiative to life, our teams MOLINEL and ROBUR mobilized through a solidarity drive, collecting childcare equipment and children’s clothing. This collective momentum will continue into 2026, with the ambition to grow this initiative even further.

Caring Every Day: An On-Site Medical Facility

The health and well-being of our teams are at the core of our social responsibility. That is why we are actively supporting the creation of an on-site medical facility within the SMARTLINE workshop.

This dedicated space ensures fast, confidential, and appropriate care for everyday medical needs, in a safe and reassuring environment.

Once again, collective engagement makes the difference: our employees MOLINEL and ROBUR contribute by donating essential medical supplies (first aid kits, thermometers, blood pressure monitors), directly improving on-site working conditions.

Beyond the equipment, this initiative reflects a broader commitment—to place health, safety, and dignity at the heart of our value chain.

Training and Inclusion: A Meaningful Partnership

We strongly believe that businesses can be powerful drivers of inclusion. Our partnership with the association Aux Amis de Madagascar is a clear example of this commitment.

This organization supports young women in highly vulnerable situations, helping them gain essential life and professional skills to build an independent future.

In concrete terms, we regularly welcome these young women into our SMARTLINE workshop through training pathways and employment opportunities.
These life journeys, which we are proud to support, fully embody our vision of CSR—practical, human, and future-oriented.

Restoring Confidence: A Solidarity Wardrobe with ATIA

Access to employment often starts with a simple yet crucial factor: confidence.

In partnership with the NGO ATIA, we have contributed to the creation of a “job interview wardrobe” for young women in professional integration programs. Using professional garments from our existing stock, we assembled a collection that helps them attend interviews with confidence and dignity.

But our commitment goes further. We are also developing internship opportunities within SMARTLINE, with a clear objective: turning these first experiences into sustainable employment opportunities.

Because beyond clothing, what we truly aim to provide is access to opportunity.

In Madagascar, our CSR commitment takes on a tangible, human, and collective dimension. Nursery, healthcare, professional integration, and partnerships with local organizations—each initiative contributes to building a fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable environment.
